Add products to your order on this website and send it to us on WhatsApp or by email, or simply message us on WhatsApp at 082 309 5034 with what you need. We will confirm availability and send you an invoice.
How do I pay?
Payment is by EFT. Your invoice includes our banking details. Please use your invoice number as the payment reference and email your proof of payment to filipeskin3@gmail.com.
Do you deliver, and how much is shipping?
Yes. Orders are sent to your door, and the delivery fee for your area is shown on your invoice before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Where can I see your prices?
Right here on the website. Every product shows its current price, and your order adds up a subtotal as you shop. The delivery fee for your area is added on your invoice.
Is Filipé only for women?
Not at all. Skincare has no gender. Every Filipé product is made for every skin, every person, every day, and plenty of our customers are men looking for a simple routine.
I am new to skincare. Where do I start?
Start with the four basics: cleanse, tone, hydrate and moisturise. Balance Calm, Radiant Bloom, Timeless and Silken Dew cover all four. And do not use too many products at once; a simple routine you stick to works best.
What is the difference between dry and dehydrated skin?
Dry skin lacks oil and often feels flaky, rough and itchy. Dehydrated skin lacks water and can feel tight and look dull, even when it is oily. Take the skin check on our homepage or read our Skin School guide to find out which you have.
I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?
Most people with sensitive skin can, but always patch test a new product on a small area first. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, check with your doctor and ask us for the ingredient list before you order.
